1. Where are we based?
We are based in Delhi, India. We are a completely an online platform and we don’t have any physical store or office yet.
2. Do you take requests for customization of products?
Yes, we do Customize products with Text / Name / Initials printing on request. You can select the personalisation option on our website while placing an order or you can email us your requirements at hellosoiree@soarweddings.com
B. ORDER PLACEMENT
1. How do I place an order on your website?
- Once you decide on making a purchase, click on the product you are willing to order.
- Add your personalisation details that you want to be printed on your product.
- Click on the “Add to Cart” button once you have selected the quantity you would like to order.
- There’ll be a slide-in window at the right-hand side with your order total and a “Checkout” button.
- Click on the checkout button to proceed with payment and delivery details.
2. I have a promo code, how do I apply it?
You can apply discount promo code on the shipping page on the right-hand side tab. The shipping page appears after you have filled in customer shipping information.
3. I have placed my order what happens next?
- Once you have successfully placed your order on our website, you will receive a confirmation email from soireebysoar.com
- We will then start making your order, from our warehouse and keep you informed at every step with regards to the delivery of the same.
- Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Then, your item is shipped to your location.
- You will receive a tracking ID from us to be entered on our courier partner website which is carrying your order.
- You can track your order with the tracking ID until it’s delivered.

1. What Payment methods are accepted at your website ?
We accept all major credit and debit cards. We also support the following modes of payments :

We do not collect or store your card information with us. If you suspect any unauthorized behavior on your card, then please report this to your bank immediately.

D. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
1. What are the shipping charges I need to pay ?
Shipping within India is free on all orders. COD option has a shipping fee of Rs.100
2. I need my order urgently. Can you deliver it?
Please write to us on our customer care +91 9810030325 or email us hellosoiree@soarweddings.com about your urgent needs and we would let you know if your order can be processed and made for express delivery.
3. What happens if I am not available when you deliver my order?
Our delivery service providers will make three attempts to deliver before the product will be returned to our warehouse. In case of Cash on delivery order, The delivery service provider normally calls before making an attempt. If a customer is not present when our delivery service provider attempts to deliver the order, three more attempts are made automatically and after that the product us returned to our warehouse.
E. REFUND, EXCHANGE & CANCELLATIONS
- Cancellation Before Printing Work Begins: If you need to cancel your order within 2 hrs of placing the order, before it proceeds to production, we will provide a full refund. Kindly drop an email at hellosoiree@soarweddings.com with the subject Order No. #### CANCELLATION REQUEST.
- Cancellation After Print Work : Once design work has commenced, we are unable to offer a full refund due to the custom nature of our products. If you need to cancel your order after design work has started, we will retain a portion of your payment to cover the costs incurred. This amount will be determined based on the stage of completion.
- Returns for Spelling Error: There is no return/ exchange/ refund on any of our products due to a spelling error from your end. Hence, we advise you to check all text and spellings carefully before you place your order. Please reach out to us over WhatsApp at +919971110830 in case of any spelling error.
- Returns/ Refunds/ Exchanges for Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives damaged or with a printing error or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchanges : Since we personalise each product no exchanges will be possible.
2. What if I receive a damaged product?
Refunds for Faulty Products: In the unlikely event that your stationery arrives damaged or with a printing error, please contact us within one week of receiving your order. We will work with you to rectify the issue, which may include reprinting your stationery or offering a partial or full refund. You can raise a complaint within 24 hours of delivery and place your replacement request to hellosoiree@soarweddings.com
