Meet Sonalika and Rita, the duo behind Soirée by Soar

Their personalities are alike in many ways and polar opposites in others, but the resemblance is striking!

Over countless lattes at their favorite coffee shops, the brand was born, perfectly blending their passions. Sonalika, with her love for all things aesthetic, and Rita, with her warm people skills, make the perfect team.

Meet the Daughter: Sonalika

Founder & Creative Head

Sonalika studied architecture at the School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi | India’s premier institute in the field where she built a strong foundation in practical design.

She went on to start her wedding stationery design studio, Soar by Sonalika Arora, in 2022, specializing in bespoke design for the modern bride. With an overwhelming response to her designs, she decided to bring the same aesthetic sensibilities to gifting stationery, and thus, Soirée was born.

Meet the Mother: Rita

Sales & Management

Rita studied Nutrition Sciences at Delhi University, before going on to raise her three beautiful daughters.

An eloquent speaker and a true people person, she encouraged Sonalika to start a brand together, combining the best of their abilities. Rita has always believed in empowering women around her and aims to bring the same spirit to the brand.
