We at Soirée by Soar, understand the importance of delivering your products in the finest condition and on time. Therefore, we have partnered with some of the most reputed courier partners in this country to seamlessly deliver your products in the best possible duration.

 

DELIVERY 

 How does the delivery process work?

  • Once you have placed an order on our website, our system starts processing your order almost immediately.
  • Next, your item goes into production.
  • Next, your item is passed through a quality check before handing over to the courier partner.
  • Your item is packed securely and handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
  • Then, your item is shipped to your location.
  • In case your address falls in a location that is not served by our delivery partners, Our team will contact you immediately and find an alternative solution to make your order reach you.

       

      What is the estimated delivery time?

      Personalised orders are usually shipped within 7-10 working days from our facility. Since all the products are made-to-order, in few cases there might be some delays due to dependencies at various levels. 

      Standard delivery time in India varies from 3-7 working days after shipping, depending on the logistics/ courier partner.

      Please note - During festivals, adverse weather conditions or political crisis, your shipment may get further delayed due to dependency on courier companies. We ensure you that we will try our best to have product delivered to you in the best time and we truly appreciate your patience.

      Please note, during peak seasons including the months prior to Wedding Season/Diwali, we receive a large volume of orders, which may result in a slight processing or shipping delays.

       

      Can I track my order?

      Yes, you sure can! Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email / message from our courier partners with the tracking ID of the respective courier partner. 

       

      I have an urgent requirement for a rush order?

      Express shipping options and rush orders are available at an additional cost, you may get in touch with our team for the same.

       

      DOMESTIC SHIPPING

      Which locations do you ship your products?

      We ship throughout India so you can receive your order in any corner of the country within the confines of your home.

      Are there any shipping charges?

      Shipping charges in Delhi/NCR ₹ 100. Shipping charges pan-India ₹ 200.

      Do you provide Cash on Delivery method?

      No, since our products are custom and made to order, Cash on Delivery is not available.

      Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

      Yes, you can change the shipping address before we have processed (shipped) your order, by contacting our customer support team at +91 9971110830 or writing an email to us hellosoiree@soarweddings.com

      Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. If you need any further assistance regarding the shipment of your order you may Contact us.

      What happens if my order cannot be delivered?

      if the shipment remains undelivered or is RTO( Return To Origin) due to incorrect/incomplete address or buyer unavailability, no refund will be offered. The shipment maybe re-sent to you on payment of the shipment charges including the RTO charges.

      No, at the moment we do not offer international shipping.
